Four weeks remain before I will be born into the world a bonified college graduate. Four weeks! After a seemingly infinite amount of cafeteria food, due dates, late nights, and brain enlargements it is all only four weeks away.

A couple weeks ago contemplating graduation made me sick, or at least really grumpy. I love the place too much to just up and walk away. One of my friends helped me to put things into perspective though. He said that although classes come to an end, semsesters come to an end, college careers come to an end . . . the life impact from these years and the bonds of deep friendships that have been fostered never ends.

So, I'm making the most of the time that I have left in this neck of the woods. I'm cherishing conversations, soaking in the sights and sounds, and looking ahead to opportunities around the bend. In a few weeks I'll have my first gasp of college graduate air, and in many ways life will be beginning all over again. ;)
